24 HOUR CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY
Please understand that when you forget, reschedule or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via text and email because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, we reserve the right to apply a Cancellation Fee of 100% of the appointment(s) cost if you choose to keep future appointments with us.
The cancellation policy allows me the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping my schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Face Grace policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. NO CALL NO SHOWS
Time is irreplaceable and I work very hard in order to be prompt and to respect my clients time. I ask for the same courtesy by me a 24 hour notice of appointments that need to be canceled or rescheduled. I understand that situations arise, but when a guest makes an appointment and does not call to cancel or reschedule, 100% of the non discounted service price will be charged.
CONFIRMATION EMAILS & TEXTS
As a courtesy, I will email & text your service appointments 48 hours prior to your appointment date. I request that you confirm your appointment with me. At 24 hours before your appointment, you’ll receive another text and email reminder of your appointment. However, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
